Hoyo de Monterrey Escogidos LCDH (10)
The Escogidos, with a length of 180 mm and a ring gauge of 49, this format is unique in the Habanos portfolio today. The production name of this format is “Paco”. Before that it appeared only once in the standard range as “El Morro” from the “San Cristobal de la Habana” brand. The “Escogidos” is produced according to the “totalmente a mano” method, which is only used in Cuba to this day – as a completely hand-made long filler – and consists of carefully selected leaves from tobacco plantations in the San Juan y Martinez area, one of the best growing areas in the top region Vuelta Abajo belongs. This is reflected in the high quality of this new and exclusive cigar. The relatively light tobacco mixture pampers you with aromatic fullness in an almost creamy smoke.
