This is a very flavourful Hoyo de Monterrey smoke. Released in 2012 exclusively for the Casa del Habano shops around the world. This is a mild-medium cigar, typical of the Hoyo line, but with a nice flavour throughout the smoke.
The New release of the Hoyo De Monterrey Epicure Especial in 2008. This was presented during the 2008 Festival del Habanos in Havana, Cuba.
Powerful, rich and complex with a textbook white ash. A deceptively strong small cigar that underpins the new range of Maduros. Similar in character and effect to the Trinidad Reyes when that cigar was first launched back in 2003.
The prince of its format Not in vain, before the Cohiba brand was marketed, this was the emblematic Habano which the Government of Republic of Cuba used as an official state present for its guests.
Ideal for a short smoke on the go, it can also be easily stored and aged thanks to its beautiful aluminum tube. Mild to medium smoke, that gives delicious flavors of wood, spices, sweetness and some hints of nuts. Great pick for someone looking for typical Cuban aroma while being easy on the wallet.
A cigar that metamorphoses with time. Before it is 4 years old, the Connoisseur No.1 comes across as being a bland, mild cigar with no real character. Beyond this period, this Robusto becomes one of the most exciting cigars produced in Cuban, with impressive sweet herbal flavours delivered in a perfectly balanced smoke. Need 4 years minimum and gets better after that.
