Smooth and packed with flavor, excellent draw and burn. Distinguished appearance, bold taste, but a creamy smoke. Quality tobacco in all respects.
Deep, rich, generous and with a strength greater than it might seem at first. One of the ten best Habanos of the size range.
Very fine cigar, typical Cuban taste/smell/draw. Strong and serious, it is without any doubt a big Habano in a small body.
The cigars of this new line have been handmade with the greatest care after the selection of the best tobacco leaves from the Vuelta Abajo, the best tobacco producing region in the world. The cigars from this new line have a beautiful caramel color and a more full-bodied taste than the other lines of Montecristo.
The sublteness of this Cuban cigar derives from its precise construction, something that is technically hard to do with the Tres petit Corona, overheating is a problem that can be prominent in smaller cigars yet the No.5 has no such problems. So, no problems with this No.5 from Montecristo!
The Montecristo No. 5 contains a mild to strong tobacco that’s flavoured with spices, vanilla, cocoa and chocolate. It burns beautifully, starting with a spicy tang that subdues in the first half and makes way for quick bursts of sweetness. Although it’s the smallest cigar in the Montecristo range, it certainly makes up for it in flavour and provides the optimum thickness for a short stick smoke.
