Those of you who enjoy the Juan Lopez or Bolivar Robustos, will fall in love with this easy cigar. Fresh, never heavy, the flavors carry this cigar through its voyage. Light woodiness is brought to life by hints of dried fruit.
Deep, rich, generous and with a strength greater than it might seem at first. One of the ten best Habanos of the size range.
A great classic. If you have already tasted it, you do not need my tasting notes to confirm that you have tasted one of the greatest Havanas of all-time.
A mild bitter cocoa and spice taste, great aroma. Nice, even burn, consistently good quality. A Havana that will never let you down.
The Montecristo No. 5 contains a mild to strong tobacco that’s flavoured with spices, vanilla, cocoa and chocolate. It burns beautifully, starting with a spicy tang that subdues in the first half and makes way for quick bursts of sweetness. Although it’s the smallest cigar in the Montecristo range, it certainly makes up for it in flavour and provides the optimum thickness for a short stick smoke.
